​How Do I Place An Order? - Go to Shop and click on a particular collection and begin placing your selected items into your cart. You can also "Shop All" if you prefer.
What happens if the item is out of stock? - Most of our merchandise will be one of a kind, handmade pieces. We will update the website as often as possible to show what is available to purchase. We will list in the shopping cart the number of pieces for that particular item. Please note that you will receive the exact piece of jewelry you see on the screen. On occassion, we will have more than one jewelry piece for a or from a particular designer. These are usually limited to a small number of pieces.
What if I see a piece that I would like to have made into more than one piece? - If you see a design that you like for a piece of jewelry, please contact us and we can check to see if the same item can be replicated. Not all designs can be made twice excatly because of the natural semi-precious stones we use and because some stones are rare to find more than once. If we have other stones that are similar we might be able to design more than one, but with a variation in color. We will do our best to accommodate, but it would be considered an special order.
Payment and Shipping - We have several methods of payment that can be used. PayPal and credit cards can be used when checking out of your cart.
We will carefully package and ship your items within 3-7 business days after your purchase order has been received by Audrée Grace and all transactions have been completed.
Shipping cost have an impact on every business, and we are working to keep the cost of shipping your products as low as possible. Because we want to minimize your cost, when you purchase from Audrée Grace, we will ship anywhere in the world for FREE.
We will be using USPS Express, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Flat Rate Mail domestically in the USA. Since we ship for FREE, most of the orders will arrive 7-10 business days after you have placed your order and your payment has been confirmed.
International shipping - arrival will vary depending on where the purchases are being shipped to in the world and the amount of time they spend going through customs clearance.
Examples: FedEx Economy All Countries with in 7-10 business days once it has left our store and is trackable. UPS is also availble for worldwide saver to all countries except Canada in 3-5 business days.
UPS or FedEx 2 business day shipping will only be available domestically with a minimum order of $350.00. Because most of the previously mentioned options reach customers with in 7-10 business days, we want to be able to extend our Free Shipping to International Customers as well, and can only do that by limiting the express next day or 2 business day shipping domestically.
Returns & Refunds - we accept returns within (14) business days after the receipt of your package domestically. All packages are tracked, which allows us to accept returns easily within the (14) day window. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the (14) day warranty period or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.
Refunds are given to our customers if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s). You can either be refunded your original purchase price listed on your invoice for the item(s) or exchange the item(s). We want to make sure our customers are returning customers. Merchandise must be returned with postmark within the (14) business days Domestically, and (30) days Internationally, and in good condition, unless arrived damaged from original shipping order.
We have no control over the shipping and handling once it leaves our hands, however, we will do our part in making sure the products are carefully wrapped and packaged for delicate shipping. Should you receive your package and the merchandise is damaged, we ask that you immediately upon receipt of item(s) email us at dv@audreegrace.net to let us know you received the goods damaged and to the extent of the damage. In the event the package is damaged, we will honor a refund or exchange as long as it is returned within the warranty policy period stated above for either Domestic or International returns based on the original invoice(s) dates.
The merchandise must be sent back by the purchaser at purchasers expense. ONLY outbound purchases are shipped FREE. Please include with your return a copy of the orginal invoice(s) on which the item(s) to be returned are listed, circle the item(s) on the invoice(s) and provide the reason for each return.
International Order Minimums and Maximums - Audrée Grace does not impose minimum or maximum spend levels as a requirement for ordering.
International Currencies Acceptable for Payment - are in US dollars only. You will be responsible for any fees that your credit card will charge you for the US dollar transaction and conversion of currency.
International Shipping Product Restrictions - Some products cannot ship internationally due to rules and regulations of the Game and Fish Wildlife Department. These regulations prohibit the export of organic products to international addresses: these products include paua shell, coral, and mother-of-pearl items.
International Shipping Cost - the outbound purchased merchandise is shipped FREE by Audrée Grace. Please Note: Shipping cost does not include duties and taxes you may incur in your country upon arrival. Also note that return(s) shipping from an international address is NOT eligible for free returns and we cannot refund international shipping charges, duties or taxes.
Why is returning merchadise not free? - because Audrée Grace is dedicated to giving back to UNICEF, we already are taking 10% of the cost of sales and donating to their fund. The free returns do not represent all of the cost associated with the 10% donation, but it would reduce the amount we would be able to give to UNICEF. Our goal is to share the giving back. Free Shipping to customers and 10% to UNICEF.
